Hillhaven to previewed by FEO ; Prices starts at $1,907psf

Far East Organization, in partnership with Sekisui House will put Hillhaven on sale Jan 20, a 341-unit project located in the District 23 Hillview area. Over 2,000 people visited the sales gallery during its preview weekend from Jan 5 to 7 for this development which was opened last week.

Hillhaven is located at 5 Hillview Rise and occupies an area of 111,945 square feet. The project consists of two towers with 27 and 28 floors, which are oriented north-south. The 99-year leasehold is expected to get its temporary occupation permit in 3Q2027.

Five types of residences are available: two-bedroom units from 678 to 721 sq ft; two-bedroom-plus-study units of 797 sq ft; three-bedroom units from 947 to 1,141 sq ft; three-bedroom-plus-study units from 958 to 1,195 sq ft; and four-bedroom units from 1,259 to 1,636 sq ft.

The living and dining rooms of selected three- and four bedroom units will feature double-volume ceilings.

In a Jan 10 press release, Far East Organization says early-bird prices for the units start from $1,907 psf, with a 678 sq ft, two-bedroom-with-two-bathroom unit starting from $1.37 million.

Residents of Hillhaven will have access more than 30 amenities, including a 50m swimming pool, pickleball courts, an urban farm, a bikers’ area, barbecue pavilions with play areas and spa pools, and a dedicated biking corner.

Hillhaven condo, surrounded by lush greenery and yet strategically connected to nearby shopping, dining, schools, nature and outdoor recreation, is an ideal home for anyone seeking a quiet respite away from the city hustle, without compromising accessibility to essential amenities.

Lim, who noted that the median price in District 23 increased 44.8% from 2019 to 2023 and is a strong prospect for homebuyers, believes Hillhaven offers an attractive proposition. Hillhaven is a great choice for investors because it offers immediate connectivity and accessibility.

Hillhaven is a popular property, thanks to its proximity to the Hillview MRT Station.

We note that projects that were launched in the year 2023 that are located within a short walk (less than 5 minutes) of an MRT station did well. They enjoyed a healthy take-up rate, despite hesitant buying sentiments during the year.

Its location is also expected to be a benefit, as it is near Jurong Innovation District and Lake Districts. Tengah, the upcoming township with over 30,000 public homes planned will have a strong secondary demand in Hillhaven.
